Cast Steel Globe Valve

Cast steel globe valves are essential for controlling and regulating the flow of fluids in systems like refineries, chemical plants, and the oil and gas industry. These valves are designed to handle tough conditions, including corrosion and erosion, and are perfect for applications where precise flow control is needed.

Made to meet API 623, ISO 15761, and BS 1873 standards, these valves come in sizes ranging from NPS 2-30 Inch and are available in ASME Classes 150-2500 LB. They are built with thicker walls to last longer in corrosive environments and are designed to prevent leaks, meeting API 624 and ISO 15848-1 standards for low emissions.

The valves feature a rising stem with an outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) design, ensuring smooth operation. The disc can be either a ball plug or a straight plug, and the valves also include a rear seat for better sealing. For added durability, the body includes a renewable welded ring, which can be made of nickel alloy for extra corrosion resistance.

They come with different types of end connections, including flanged (RF/RTJ) and butt-welded options, ensuring easy installation in various systems. All cast steel globe valves are tested for performance according to API 598, ensuring reliability and long-term functionality in demanding applications.
