Forged Steel Gate Valve
Forged steel gate valves are compact, high-performance shut-off valves widely used in pipelines with DN ≤ 50. Designed for full open or close operation, they are not suitable for throttling. These valves comply with API 602, BS 5352, and ANSI B16.34 standards, with connection options including socket weld, threaded, butt-weld, and flanged ends.
They feature a bolted or welded bonnet with outside screw and yoke design and are available in a wide range of materials such as ASTM A105, A350 LF2, A182 F5, F22, 304(L), 316(L), F347, F321, F51, Monel, and 20 Alloy.
Our forged gate valves are also designed with low emission sealing to minimize fugitive emissions, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and enhancing safety in critical applications.
