Cast Steel Gate Valve
Cast steel gate valves are robust shut-off valves designed for high-performance applications in refineries, petrochemical plants, chemical facilities, and other industries. These valves are built to standards such as API 600, ISO 10434, and BS 1414, and are available in ASME pressure classes 150 to 2500 LB.
They feature a full port design for low flow resistance and thick wall construction to ensure long service life under harsh conditions. With a flexible, solid, or split wedge, outside screw and yoke (OS&Y), and non-rotating rising stem, these valves offer reliable shut-off and easy operation.
Cast steel gate valves meet stringent low-emission standards (API 624, ISO 15848-1) and are equipped with certified gaskets (API 622) to minimize atmospheric leakage. Sizes range from NPS 1 to 72 Inch, with flanged, butt-welded, or ring-type joint ends per ASME B16.5, B16.47, and B16.25 standards. All valves undergo performance testing in accordance with API 598.
