Low Emissions Ball Valves are designed to deliver reliable sealing performance while minimizing fugitive emissions in demanding industrial environments. These valves are available in trunnion-mounted and floating ball configurations, offered in 2-piece, 3-piece side entry, welded body, and top entry designs. A wide range of materials—including carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, and high-performance alloys—ensures suitability for various service conditions.
Manufactured in accordance with API 6D standards, these valves meet stringent fire-safe requirements per API 6FA and API 607, and have successfully passed fugitive emissions testing in compliance with ISO 15848-1 and API 641 standards.
Available in sizes from NPS 1/2 Inch to NPS 48 Inch and pressure classes from Class 150 to 2500 LB, these valves come in both full bore and reduced bore options. End connections include RF, RTJ, BW, and PE, with configurations such as Double Block & Bleed (DBB) and Double Isolation & Bleed (DIB) for enhanced safety and process control.
Additional features include emergency seat and stem injection, anti-static devices, anti-blowout stems, and options for cryogenic or high-temperature extended stems. Design and manufacturing follow API 6D, API 608, and ISO 17292, with testing and inspection carried out per API 598 and API 6D standards. End connections conform to ASME B16.5, B16.25, B16.47, and MSS SP-44, and materials and construction can also meet NACE MR-0175, NACE MR-0103, and ISO 15848 requirements for corrosive and emission-sensitive applications.
