Low Emission Check Valves

Low Emission Check Valves, also referred to as Low Leakage Check Valves, are specifically designed to minimize leakage and emissions, thereby supporting environmental protection. With a strong commitment to sustainability, these valves are available in three distinct bonnet designs: Bolted Bonnet, Welded Bonnet, and Pressure Sealed Bonnet, offering flexibility for a wide range of applications.

Manufactured with the highest standards of quality, these check valves are Fugitive Emission Test Certified according to ISO 15848-1:2006, ensuring compliance with strict emission regulations. They are available in NPS sizes 2 Inch to 48 Inch and pressure classes 150 LB to 2500 LB, making them suitable for diverse industries where leakage control and environmental protection are critical.

These valves are crafted from various materials to meet specific service requirements, including forged (A105, A105N, A182 F304, F316, F51, F53, A350 LF2) and casting (A216 WCB, A351 CF3, CF8, CF3M, CF8M, A995 4A, 5A) materials, as well as Monel, Inconel, and Hastelloy.

Design and manufacturing standards include API 6D and BS 1868, with flange dimensions conforming to ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, and ASME B16.11, and face-to-face dimensions according to ASME B16.10. Pressure tests are conducted per API 598 standards, ensuring valve integrity and performance.
