Product Features of Cast Iron Flanged Water Solenoid Valve
The cast iron flanged water solenoid valve is suitable for industrial media such as water or liquids, and can automatically control or remotely control the opening and closing of pipelines for working media such as water, oil, and liquids. The solenoid valve uses rubber seals, which greatly reduces the cleanliness of the working medium, and has the characteristics of fast opening and closing, and high reliability.
Structural Principle of Cast Iron Flanged Water Solenoid Valve
The cast iron flanged water solenoid valve is a pilot-operated solenoid valve with a single diaphragm opening, and its structure mainly consists of a pilot valve and a main valve. Depending on the state when power is cut off, it can be divided into normally closed solenoid valves and normally open solenoid valves.
1. Normally Closed Cast Iron Flanged Solenoid Valve
In the normal position, the solenoid core seals the pilot valve port, the pressure in the valve chamber is balanced, and the pilot valve and main valve ports are closed. When the coil is energized, an electromagnetic force is generated to lift the solenoid core, the pilot valve opens, the medium in the main valve chamber leaks out through the pilot valve port, causing a pressure difference between the upper and lower sides of the main valve diaphragm, the diaphragm is quickly lifted, the main valve port opens, and the valve is in an open state. When the coil is de-energized, the magnetic field disappears, the solenoid core returns to its original position, sealing the pilot valve port, and then the pressure in the upper chamber of the pilot valve diaphragm rises, the main valve diaphragm presses against the valve seat, and the valve is in a closed state again.
2. Normally Open Cast Iron Flanged Solenoid Valve
When the coil is energized, a magnetic field force is generated, the armature moves down under the action of the magnetic force, pushing the pilot valve cup down, and the pilot valve closes. As the pressure difference inside the main valve tends to equalize, the main valve diaphragm is pressed against the sealing valve by the spring and its own weight to close. When the coil is de-energized, the magnetic force becomes zero, the armature and the pilot valve ring rise due to the action of the spring, the pilot valve opens, the medium in the upper chamber of the main valve diaphragm flows out through the pilot valve, the pressure drops, and when the pressure drops to a certain value, the main valve rises due to the pressure difference between the upper and lower sides, the main valve opens, and the valve is opened.
