The China Composite Air Release Valve Supplier offers a versatile range of air release valves designed for efficient air venting in water systems. These valves are constructed from durable materials such as ductile iron and cast iron, ensuring long-lasting performance. Available in sizes from DN25 to DN200 and 1 to 8 inches, they are rated for PN10 and PN16 pressures, as well as Class 150 LB, making them suitable for a variety of applications. The flanged ends facilitate easy installation and integration into existing systems.

Composite Air Release Valve
Used at the highest point or closed areas of a pipeline to expel the air within the pipe, thus ensuring normal operation. If an air release valve is not installed, the movement of the liquid within the pipe generates heat and causes gas, forming a short circuit, which prevents the pipe from discharging water to the required capacity. Additionally, when the pipeline operates with power outages or pump stoppages, negative pressure occurs in the pipeline, which can cause pipeline vibration or rupture. The air release (absorption) valve quickly draws air into the pipe to prevent pipeline vibration or rupture.
Principle of Operation of the Composite Air Release Valve
When water starts to flow into the pipe, the valve remains in the open position to release a large amount of air. When the air is fully released, the water level rises inside the valve, causing the float ball to rise, which in turn moves the valve head to the closed position, stopping the large amount of air release. When water is normally transported within the pipe, if a small amount of air accumulates to a certain level within the valve, the water level inside the valve drops, and the float ball descends, allowing the air to be expelled through a small hole. When the water pumping stops, and the water flow within the pipe is empty, or when negative pressure occurs within the pipe, the valve head opens to draw in air to ensure the safety of the pipeline.
