Low Emissions Gate Valves are engineered to provide reliable shutoff performance while minimizing fugitive emissions in critical industrial applications. These valves are available in both cast and forged steel constructions, with configurations including solid wedge, flexible wedge, bolted bonnet, and welded bonnet designs to meet diverse process requirements.

Casting gate valves are designed in accordance with API 600 standards and offered in a wide selection of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, and high-performance alloys including Alloy 20, Monel, Inconel, and Hastelloy. For enhanced durability and pressure resistance, forged steel gate valves follow the API 602 design and are available in similar material options.

These valves cover a broad size range from NPS 1/2 to NPS 48 and pressure ratings from Class 150 to Class 2500. They feature Outside Screw & Yoke (OS&Y), rising stems, renewable seat rings, and are offered with multiple end connections such as RF, RTJ, SW, NPT, and BW. The design and manufacturing processes comply with API 600, API 602, API 603, and ASME B16.34, with face-to-face and end connection dimensions following ASME B16.10, B16.5, B16.25, B16.11, and B1.20.1 standards.

Each valve undergoes strict API 598 testing, and is also available in compliance with NACE MR-0175, NACE MR-0103, ISO 15848, and API 624, ensuring optimal performance in corrosive and high-demand environments.
