Forged steel globe valves are compact, high-integrity flow control devices designed for precise throttling and shut-off in demanding applications such as refineries, petrochemical plants, and chemical processing facilities. Built with forged bodies and bonnets, they offer enhanced strength, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
These valves are manufactured in compliance with API 602, ISO 15761, and BS 10434, and are available in Class 150 to 2500 LB, with sizes ranging from NPS 1/2 Inch to 2 Inch. End connections include socket weld, threaded, butt-weld, and flanged (RF, RTJ) options.
Featuring a T-body design as standard, with Y-body models available for optimized flow, these globe valves use a tapered plug disc and a rotating rising stem with outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) for reliable control. Both standard and full port configurations are offered.
To meet modern environmental and safety demands, they are equipped with low-emission gaskets compliant with API 622, API 624, and ISO 15848-1, ensuring minimal leakage to atmosphere. All valves undergo API 598 performance testing, with cryogenic service options available upon request.
